EQ-PSC is a split-able coin cell set with a sleeve made out of Nylon or PEEK. The split cell can be placed in a lab press and applied pressure up to 20 MPa, which is designed for researching the effect of pressure on solid-state battery performance. It can also be used for easy coin cell assembling without any screw and crimping tool. It can be customized into various sizes (8, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 25 mm diameter) to accept all sizes of electrodes and separators.\u00a0\u00a0

\nMTI has granted the patent 2016205216100 for the Pressure Controlled (up to 20 MPa) Split Coin Cell – EQ-PSC since June 2016.<\/p>\n
